Brewster McBride is a fast growing business providing recruitment, talent acquisition, assessment and resourcing solutions across the North of England.
They tasked Northern Central Design Unit to not only brand their accountancy division, but also come up with a brand system to work across a number of specialist divisions that they intended to create. Through market research, it was evident that the perception of a one stop shop for recruitment and talent acquisition across different sectors wasn’t the answer. H.R. departments want to communicate with specialists in their particular field and expect those specialist recruiters to understand their immediate needs and the job market.
With that in mind, four specialist divisions were created covering Accountancy, Professional Services, Office Support and Executive Assessment & Selection. They operate as individual brands under the Brewster McBride umbrella.
The Brewster McBride Group corporate image needed to communicate a quality service aimed at both employers and job seekers. With that in mind the theme, Recruitment that’s tailored to you’ was created as a vehicle to drive the group of companies. Having the logo created as a clothing label and photographed for various communications helped position Brewster McBride as a company of distinction, quality and trust.
